The Journal of Industrial Ecology uses the ScholarOne Manuscripts system for manuscript submission. To use this system, please visit http://jie.click/scholarone. If you have never been an author, editor, or reviewer of a Journal of Industrial Ecology article, use the “create account” link in the top of the page. As an alternative, you can click the “Create An Account” link in the bottom right corner in the “Log In” section.
Once you have completed registering, you should find yourself at the ScholarOne Manuscripts main menu. To submit an article, select the “Author” link. In the area below click “Begin Submission.” This brings you to the manuscript submission screen where you are asked to input data about the manuscript and subsequently upload the manuscript files. Note that the system is designed to have the main manuscript, the figures, and any supplementary material uploaded as separate files.
